Cancellation Policy: Although we hope you are able to attend each event for which you register, should you find it necessary to cancel your registration, please do so four (4) business days before the event.  If we receive your cancellation within this time frame, you will receive a credit towards a future event, within 3 months of the cancelled event.  A refund via payment method is available prior to (4) business days as well, less any credit card service fees.  However, if we receive your cancellation less than four (4) business days before the event, we will be unable to issue a credit.  All cancellation requests are to be received in writing via e-mail to president@aspedenver.org
